If you dont have account and if you are a existing BSNL customer you can make a new registration.
Once your registration is done you can view your previous bill payments. You can also check Broadband Unbilled Usage till current date. Customers also can update your profile. If you given any complaint regarding any issue/service you can track that status. You can also change your broadband connection password.
