There is no provision in the main site of dbhps to apply for the exams like prathamica, madhyamika, and etc. And there are no details about this type of exams. I don’t know why they are running this web site. Only this is for Higher education. there is no website for providing the elementary level hindi exams. There is a dbhps website in the kerala state which will provide all information about this type of elementary hindi exams.
