Candidates can download the DNB Final Examination June 2012 Application form with Bulletin Notification from the website http://natboard.nic.in/ or you can get the application form from Indian Bank braches. You have to pay Rs.750 for application fee. You can pay the fee starting from 30th March 2012 to the list of given branches. You can refer the detailed notice on natboard website or you can contact phone number 46054605. You can pay the examination fee through cash deposit along with prescribed challan/pay slip. Challan from can be downloaded from website or you can also check with Indian Bank branches.
