This article is about Jammu and Kashmir www.nsdcindia.org/udaan Training and Placement. Udaan main aims to help the youth who are seeking to develop their skills and grow their careers in Jammu and Kashmir.

Udaan website launched on 26th March 2012 Monday by Union Home Minister P. Chidambaram and its aimed to facilitate jobs for 40,000 youths from J & K for 5 years period. National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) will run this Udaan website.

There are Eight corporate signed in agreement with NSDC the companies includes HCL, Wipro BPO and Future Group. Udaan providing a unique programme to the candidates who are belongs to J & K. NSDC and it will be taken care by NSDC and the corporate sector. The programme main target is providing well paying jobs to the candidates who are getting Training under this scheme. Udaan will call the organizations for the training across the country to select the correct candidates from the state. This programme will help the candidates for Training, placement with same organization or some other companies, It also help them to become a entrepreneurs.
