How to do One-time, online registration by Institutes to apply for ROSE 2012
1.Click on New Students Registration and Students should register themselves as a new applicant by providing his/her first name, middle name, and surname. The new registration page will take you to the following url.

2.Register your Institute Profile by providing the following details such as Name of Nodal Officer for Scholarships; Designation, Institute Address, Institute Land Line Number, and Institute E-mail Address which are mandatory fields.
3.Register University: Include University Map of your Institute affiliated by clicking at Box given in front of University Name thereafter clicking over Register Selected University with Institute
4.Register Course : Register Courses and Upload course vise affiliation documents such as University Recognition, Government Recognition (if any), and Council Approval (if any)
5.Register Fee Structure :Enter Course wise fees details
6.Upload Institute Photo: It is advisable to upload some photographs of your institute building and facilities (minimum 4 Photographs)
How to apply for ROSE 2012 through registered institutes
1.Once online registration is done for the particular institute, user will be received with the mobile message for user creation of ROSE.
PS: If the message is not received, you should contact District Social Justice and Empowerment Department officer for creation of user id for your Institute.
2.Visit ROSE official portal www.rajpms.nic.in
3.Login into site using provided User ID and Password.
(Change Password of your institute login and frequently change the same)
4.Download the application form and fill the required details and then submit.
How to check the Scholarship Application Status Online
You can check your scholarship application status online by providing Institute Type, Institute Level, District, Tehsil, and Institute and press button below to view applications.
You can also check the scholarship application status by giving your first name to list all applicants’ having same name.
PS: Students Online Registration for Rajasthan Uttar Matric Scholarship has started on 5th September 2012. Please use your First Name (ONLY) in English to search you application. Don’t use Surname or Middle Name.
